Midamar’s goal, is and has always been, to provide the best product to our customers delivered in a timely fashion right to your door!!  However, due to COVID-related issues at FedEx, as well as the various weather issues that have been happening continuously throughout the country, you may experience delays in receiving your FedEx shipment. Midamar works exclusively with FedEx and has no control over FedEx’s delivery schedules, so we apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may cause.

In anticipation of these possible delays, Midamar may be adding extra dry ice or ice blocks to certain orders based on where they are being delivered, to ensure product arrives at your doorstep at a proper temperature. We may also be shipping some orders exclusively on Mondays to try and avoid any possible delay in receiving your order.  Please keep this in mind when placing your order.  An order received on Tuesday or later in the week may not ship until the following Monday depending on the destination.

Until these shipping delays can be resolved the $9.99 flat rate shipping will be suspended for orders going to California, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Montana, Idaho, Arizona, and Nevada. We are requiring Express Saver Air for all shipments to these states to ensure orders will arrive timely and in good condition.
