Simple and Tasty Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps

Rolling Up Flavor: Restaurant-Style Chicken Caesar Wraps

There’s something incredibly satisfying about taking a few simple ingredients and turning them into something crave-worthy. Chicken Caesar Wraps are one of those great items on a menu that are always good for a tasty meal that’s usually pretty cheap and healthy, and making them yourself is a great way to enjoy a no-fuss lunch or dinner.

Simple and Delicious Chicken

It all starts with the chicken, in this case, zabiha Halal chicken, of course, from Midamar. Less is more with this recipe, so we seasoned ours with a bit of salt and pepper before pan-frying it until deliciously golden-brown.

The Namesake Salad

While the chicken cooks, it’s a great chance to do the quick prep on the ingredients for the salad. Most of this is completely optional; we chopped our romaine further, diced the croutons, and sliced the olives so it all mixes better, and the final wraps will have smaller, more manageable pieces of flavor mixed throughout. But if you want to skip that go with whole croutons or olives, then by all means, enjoy these your way!

We mixed these with some shaved parmesan and Caesar dressing. This is another opportunity to add more or less of these depending on your taste. There isn’t a lot of precise measuring with this recipe, so add or take away to your taste.

Wrap It All Together

Building the wraps is as simple as you may expect. Lay a few scoops of salad and the sliced chicken out onto a large tortilla or wrap and, well, wrap it all up. This will yield you a few good wraps, so you’ve got a quick and easy meal all wrapped up and ready to go.

But we wanted to add something just a little bit extra to make these that much better, so we toasted it in a pan over low heat, just enough to get the outside golden brown. I maintain that most things are better toasted and that remains true with these simple little wraps. You can enjoy them right after wrapping them, but that extra bit of flavor and crispiness at the very end does a lot towards making these that much better.

A Simple and Delicious Recipe

A simple recipe doesn’t mean that it’s plain or boring. These wraps are amazingly simple, are done in no time, and give you a very tasty little meal. They taste great and leave you feeling good with fresh veggies and low-carb wraps. These can be made anytime for a quick-and-easy meal; simple or not, these wraps are the complete package!
