Flat Rate Shipping
At Midamar, we work very hard to ensure that shipping charges are affordable for all our customers. We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99 for ground delivery on orders over $99. Orders over $500 are not included in flat rate shipping offer. Depending on your location within the United States, this may take up to 4-5 days. All orders are shipped from Iowa.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 states. Due to the perishable nature of our product, Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped with 2 day shipping. If you would like to ship to Puerto Rico or any other US territories, please call us at 1-800-362-3711.
Currently, Midamarhalal.com is unable to ship to any international destinations. Please call us with any questions and speak with our International Sales Representatives regarding export programs available through our corporate website www.midamar.com.
If you are ordering to an apartment address, please be sure to make prior arrangements with the apartment manager if you will not be available to receive your package. Midamar cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses at this time.
To ensure delivery, all orders must have complete and accurate shipping details, including a phone number and the ship-to address. Midamar Corporation is not responsible for incorrect addresses and incorrect information. Please note, 3 day, 2 day, and next day shipping are selected at checkout. Your shipping may show 3 day or 2 day shipping, however, unless you manually select expedited shipping your order will be shipped with ground or home delivery.
How We Ship
All Midamar Halal products that leave our facility are hand packed for quality assurance. No orders will be processed Thursday through Sunday or on recognized holidays.
All orders ship Monday through Wednesday and should be delivered in up to 5 business days or less. Orders received after 11am CST will ship the next available shipping day. Please note, some states on the East Coast may not be able to ship on Wednesdays, those orders will be held for shipping until the following Monday without notice.
To ensure your product arrives in the best condition possible, Midamar may hold your order based on the estimated delivery date of the chosen carrier. If you have specified a shipping carrier (FedEx or UPS), Midamar may change your carrier based on estimated delivery dates. This is done to avoid possible delivery delays over the weekend. These changes may occur without notice.
If an order is received after Wednesday at 11 am CST, your order will be shipped on the earliest acceptable shipping day, this day is chosen at Midamar's discretion. Usually, this is Monday the following week.
DISCLAIMER FOR WEST COAST CUSTOMERS: Most orders to California, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Montana, Idaho, Florida, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Nevada ship out exclusively on Mondays and Tuesdays to try and avoid any possible delay in receiving your order. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. An order received past Monday at 11 am CST or later in the week may not ship until the following Monday depending on the destination.

Packing Your Order
We ship every order in a thick, insulated Styrofoam box to keep your products cold during transit. We also pack each order with plenty of dry ice to keep the temperature low and packing paper to keep your products safe.
Sometimes the order will arrive, and the dry ice has dissipated. Typically, this means the dry ice has done its job, and your product will be cold and ready for use. Always check your product is frozen or cold before placing it in your freezer. Please, contact us if you have any concerns.
Pick Up From Midamar Headquarters
If you live in Iowa and want to avoid shipping costs, you are welcome to come to our headquarters and pick up your order in person. Please allow us 24 hours from the time you place your order to process it and ensure it is ready for you. Orders can only be picked up on Thursdays and Fridays between 9 am - 4 pm.
Product Out of Stock
Midamar diligently works to make sure products ordered by our customers are in stock. Unfortunately, for reasons beyond Midamar’s control, certain product(s) may be temporarily out of stock at the time an order is placed.
Should one or more products ordered be out of stock Midamar reserves the right to refund the cost of that product to you in your form of payment. Midamar knows how important your order is to you so in the event this situation should occur Midamar will ship the remainder of your order. Should your order be shipped without one or more product(s), Midamar will contact you by email explaining that the order will be shipped with only the product in stock.
