Great Taste, no Heartburn

I was not only suprised but impressed. First, i find a product that is a non pork casing, offers great taste, and zero heartburn. I have had stomach issue for years, love Itallian Sausage, but always had heart burn issues, nice to be able enjoy a good sausage sandwhich again with issue. Thanks
