I was disappointed ( not of the food) of the packaging. Because there was no dry ice, most of the food had thawed, boxed food were somewhat crushed, and I couldn’t see the meats due to so much clear wrapping around it.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about the state of your order. We would not expect the dry ice to still be visible as it dissipates over time. We tend to get 4-4.5 days of frozen temperatures inside our packages but we would not expect the dry ice to be visible beyond the 3 or 4 day depending on the weather and shipping conditions at the time.

As for the clear wrapping, we intentionally wrap a variety of products, such as raw chicken or our burritos, to ensure that the packaging is not damaged during transit. We are always looking for ways to better improve our shipping and we will take another look at this shipping method to see if there is a better way.
