The ground beef was excellent. The meat by itself was fresh and almost fat free. After I cooked and used for different meals, I found it to be such a delicious and delicate meat. Truly a good quality meat. Thank you!

Nightmare scenario

What a nightmare this business is! I ordered some ground beef and paid for it, but it never came. Turns out they gave Fedex the wrong shipping address. I messaged them about it and their response was to wait a day it and it might still be ok. That was the last I ever heard from them, despite several more messages. They refuse to reply to my messages, and haven't refunded the money. I had to turn to the bank to dispute the charges since the product was never delivered. No apologies, no attempt to send a replacement shipment or refund my money, nothing. What a terrible business to deal with!
