This beef bacon is delicious! I do, however have a few suggestions! If possible, it would be great to break down the packages in 1 lb bags. Doing so in current configuration of 5 lbs requires defrosting first and trying to pull the bacon apart from the main package creating torn pieces and somewhat of a mess. The other suggestion I have is to slice the bacon a bit thicker so it does not tear as easily, this would really help!

PS. I have been waiting for months for the chuck roasts to be back in stock, any idea as to when that may be?
