Fabulous beef bacon. For those who can't or chose not to eat pork, great substitute. I cooked it the different ways in the oven: 1. on a slotted surface so the grease could drip off into the pan underneath, careful not to over cook... was a little tough. 2. Same way letting the grease drip away but cooked it longer to get crispier. Was better because we like ours crispy. 3. Put it on the grease that has already accumulated and cooked it really crispy. That was everyone's favorite.
